FSBGC GYM or GAME ROOM is $75 per hour and includes gym attendant

FORGREN is $75 per hour and extra $25 per hour with ball field lighting

HUNT'S PARK is $100 per hour/extra $25 per hour with ball field lighting

Fort Smith Boys & Girls Club (FSBGC) facilities were created to serve Boys & Girls Club members and eventers. First priority for the use of all facilities shall be the support of Boys & Girls Club programs serving members. All facility use shall comply with the policies and rules of the FSBGC organization.

Usage of FSBGC buildings and grounds may be arranged with groups or individuals insofar as such use does not interfere with the regular club by the FSBGC. All FSBGC facilities are privately owned, and the FSBGC reserves the right to grant usage or rent of the facilities. Non-club use of FSBGC facilities shall no cause the FSBCG to incur expenses resulting from such use. All expenses incurred because of the use shall be covered by the user and the property shall be returned to the FSBGC in substantially the same condition existing prior to the use. When employees of the FSBGC are needed for supervision or attendance of such non-club uses, they shall be compensated by the user. The user is responsible for compliance with safety regulations, private security when appropriate and cleanup of building and grounds.

Rental charges for the use of club facilities shall be determined in consideration of the size and type facility, the length of time the facility will be used and other factors which may be unique to each use. Rental charges are based on required costs for club personnel, energy use, equipment use, or other expenses incurred by the FSBGC relative to the rental. A rental schedule may include variable charges due to the type individual or group renting the facility. An individual or group who support or sponsor activities of the FSSBGC may request a waiver of fees or may be considered for a reduced rate. The FSBGC executive director may consider such requests. Individuals or groups shall assume full and complete responsibility for the conduct of all persons, regardless of age, associated with their use of the facility. Smoking or the use of tobacco or products containing tobacco, including electronic cigarettes, or drugs or intoxicants is prohibited on any FSBGC property. Firearms of any kind are not permitted on FSBGC property unless the person carrying the firearm is permitted to do so by law as defined in A.C.A.§5-73-120.

The FSBGC may also require any group using a FSBGC facility to purchase sufficient general liability insurance to cover the damage to, or the cost to entirely replace the structure(s) and furnishings, if necessary due to the loss of, or damage to FSBGC property. The FSBGC may require a deposit for continued usage. The FSBGC does not rent facilities to person or groups: 1) political groups or unions 2) groups who serve alcoholic beverages 3) teen or adult dance 4) groups that might portray a negative image toward the FSBGC. Those who rent the facilities are forbidden from sub-leasing.
